Garage conversions

We’ve completed a number of garage conversions, typically for customers who want to make the most of the space they have in the house without building an extension or reducing the size of the garden. These projects have helped customers have dining rooms, man caves and kids playrooms’. Whilst each project is different the outcome is the same – happy customers with more usable space on the ground floor of their homes.

Loft conversions

Loft conversions can be a big undertaking but incredibly rewarding. The ones we have completed have generally been for the creation of a luxury master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Sometimes with a walk in wardrobe for that extra bit of loveliness.

House extensions

We’ve worked on everything from building extensions for kitchen/diners, to sunrooms and children’s playrooms. We’ve built two storey extensions which provided both a kitchen on the ground floor and an additional bedroom on the first floor. This type of build takes a lot of planning and working with the necessary authority to get all your permissions in place. We have good working relationships with the Local Authorities, Planning and Building Control and we are Trading Standards approved. We are also accredited by Constructionline and CHAS.
